Camila, a bilingual Texas A&M Economics graduate, and a Washington State MBA recipient; she has lived in five different countries but has always called Houston home. Camila has been in the residential mortgage industry since 2008 and has focused on new construction mortgage loans from the beginning; working with local and national home builders in the Texas area.
Camila’s career started as a loan processor which helped her understand the entire mortgage process from beginning to end and facilitated her transition into Production Manager, Mortgage Loan Advisor, and finally the Loan Originator that she is today.
Camila has extensive experience with different loan programs, including down payment assistance among others. Camila understands how stressful purchasing a home can be, as she and her family have gone through it multiple times that is why she always focuses on a client-first approach keeping a line of communication open, setting the right expectations and helping buyer’s through one of the most exciting, and stressful times in their life’s, purchasing a home.
